I received the keychain rather quickly. It appeared great when I opened it. I loved that it was so light weight and the brighter red color helped me locate it easily. It was a good price too. That's where the good perks about it ends. The plastic that it was made up was very easy to get scratched up. The small chain that it came attached with it, kept coming undone. I almost lost it several times. Eventually with casual use, the chain started to break in multiple places. I ended up tossing the chain. I replaced it with a better chain. The loop that held the chain started to break off from the rest of the Klingon trefoil. I did my best to take care of the keychain, but it just kept breaking over and over. I ended up tossing the entire thing in the trash. I replaced it with a metal keychain I found on ebay at a reasonable price. I've had the new keychain at least twice as long as the 3D keychain. It still looks brand new. I highly double that I'll be buying anymore product from your company.
